I actually went with a different lender because I was able to get *slightly* better rates (and everything else was equal - closing costs, customer service, "the feels") so this review is only for the point before actually closing on a home.
I started shopping around back in January and reached out to the Leaman Team. I was put in touch with Jori who promptly answered all my questions. When I needed some more time to get things together (I jumped the gun on financing and realized I wanted to take some time and bring my credit score up before pursuing), Jori was totally fine; she was hands-off in the good way! Anytime I had a question or request, she was quick to respond. Once I got a contract accepted, she turned around a couple quotes super fast. All in all, great, attentive customer service. I'll keep them on my short list for any future financing needs.

My realtor actually set me up with Max and I'm so glad he did! Max made everything so easy. He explained the lending process, helped with paperwork questions and even clued me in on buying/renting out property in the future.
Once my husband and I found the perfect house, he was on it immediately: responding to emails and phone calls after regular businesses hours and keeping me up-to-date with everything (and it's A LOT)! He even made sure to keep checking loan interest rates to make sure I got the best rate up until the very last minute!
He has so many great reviews and it's because he is down-to-earth and just plain awesome. You definitely need to go talk to him!

I know that this place already has so many 5 star reviews, but they deserve every single one of them.
I went into this process with little to no hope of even being able to qualify. Amanda Stewart is PHENOMENAL! She offered us suggestions at the beginning to improve our scores, answered so many questions at all hours of the day, and was nothing but patient and helpful. Janey stepped in to help us close the loan, and was just as helpful and kind as Amanda.
I can't thank these ladies enough, and I would recommend anyone and everyone use them for their home buying needs.

Not only do they send thoughtful little gifts to you throughout the year (free starbucks drink on your birthday anyone?)....
But they are truly helpful and honest people! I never feel like I'm intruding (even though I know they are very very busy) and they are always prompt in responding!
