We Just closed our loan with Risha and her team and our experience was very good. Being first time buyer, we were very nervous about everything. Risha and her team put our mind to ease by showing us the bottom line numbers and in the end that is what we ended up with. Risha is very helpful and for us, it seemed that her main focus was to enable us get the house we wanted.

Risha and her team (Shannon especially) work very efficiently and they deliver on what they promise. They are very responsive by email but not so much by phone so I would recommend interfacing with them by email mostly. They got me the exact loan I wanted with fairly low cost and points and a great interest rate. I would highly recommend working with these smart ladies for your home refinance needs. If everybody in their industry behaved as they do the refinance industry would not have such a terrible reputation. Nice work and thanks!

Oh my heavens to Betsy, what would we have done without Risha and Shannon?! Probably re-up the Xanax prescription. As a first-time buyer of anything beyond a car and some great picks at Nordstrom Rack, I was about as doltish as possible when the opportunity to buy a home landed on us like a cartoon piano. Risha and her team ensured we got all the right stuff to all the right people on time. She took every phone call, including the one from my Uncle Harv, a retired lawyer who wanted to asked 700 questions about the loan documents (because he's awesome). She and Shannon were entirely mellow when work sent me on a far-flung business trip the week we were trying to close. They helped us navigate an unexpectedly fast, relatively complex process with calm and kindness. I can't thank them enough.

We are so lucky to find Risha as our loan officer! She and her team Liz are extremely professional and nice! We are the first time home buyer with no experience at all. We at first were really worried about if we could get the loan approved due to my husband's job nature. She answered us everything single question and assured us that we will get the loans without a doubt. We really have piece of mind as she and Liz kept us updated daily about the progress. They closed the deal really fast ( in less than 3 weeks). I'm very impressed with their professional knowledge and team work. She's definitely our long term loan officer now :)
